Had Girl Guides Axemanship today! :)
Quite fun lar!!
Met Lijia at Newton MRT station and we walked to the Guide House together!
The teacher, Mr Mail taught us bout the different axes and saws! Very cool! Got soo many different types of axes and saws!
Then we had a practical to do. Mr Mail taught us how to chop and saw the wood!
The chopping was quite difficult coz you have to have lots of strength and i dun really have that much strength! The same goes to the sawing...SiLing is pro Sawer! She can saw the wood at a damn fast speed! Pro right?
Then since there was time left, Mr Mail also taught us how to pitch a tent! The tent pitching was SUPER fun! He alone could pitch a tent! And..there were like 11 of us, so it was still ok with the tent pitching! :)
The only difficult part was hammering the pegs into the ground! That requires ALOT of strength-which i dun have!
The Axemanship ended about...1.20pm! Went to Junction 8 with Lijia and Fiona. Ate KFC for lunch! Yummy. But i was too full and couldn't finish!
Later, i took the train with Lijia and Fiona to Newton[they took to City Hall], and took the bus 171 to go back home!
Ok. Nothing more to say!
Oh, there's still 2 more days till the sleepover at Nicolette's house! Haha...i'm awaiting for it! :)
